Semi-private personal training is the sweet spot between a one-to-one session and a crowded class: your own programme, written for your body and your goal, run in a small focused group at our Gżira studio in the Tal-Qroqq Fitness Centre — for €20 a session.
What “semi-private” actually means
You’re not following the group through the same workout. Each person trains their own plan, and the coach moves between a small number of people — correcting form, setting the right weight, and keeping you accountable. You get genuine coaching attention; you simply share the room (and the cost) with one or two others. That’s how we keep it at €20 a session instead of full one-to-one rates.

Semi-private vs one-to-one
If you want the room entirely to yourself, fully private one-to-one personal training is available by enquiry — just ask on your intro call. Most people are surprised how much individual attention they get in semi-private, so we usually suggest starting there.
