When you contact us — through our website form, WhatsApp, phone, email or social media — we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and what you would like help with. If you become a client, we keep the information needed to coach you safely, which may include fitness and health information you provide.

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, to arrange and deliver coaching, and to keep in touch about your programme. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Lawful basis

We handle your enquiry on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to you, and we process client data to perform our coaching agreement with you.

Analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, we use IP-anonymised Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. See our Cookie Policy. You can decline with no effect on your use of the site.

Retention

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to help you, and client records for as long as you train with us plus any period required by law.
