Cookie Policy

What cookies are

Cookies and local storage remember information on your device. Our optional analytics and advertising tools remain off until you accept.

Essential storage

WordPress and our host may use necessary storage to keep the website working and secure. We remember your cookie choice for up to 180 days using mypt_consent_v2 in local storage and mypt_ads_consent in a cookie. The existing mypt_consent value keeps our Google and Meta integrations aligned with your choice. None of these preference values contain your contact details.

Optional analytics and marketing

If you press Accept, we load Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand visits and measure advertising. We also enable OpenAI measurement for ChatGPT Ads. If you press Decline, these optional tools stay off. We never sell your data.

ChatGPT Ads measurement

After consent, mypt_chatgpt_oppref remembers a ChatGPT ad attribution identifier, if the ad supplied one, for up to 30 days. When an intro-call enquiry is successfully saved, mypt_ads_receipt holds a random, signed event receipt for at most 10 minutes and is cleared on the confirmation page. This prevents ordinary page visits or reloads from being counted as new enquiries.

The confirmation page sends OpenAI a small measurement request containing the event name, a random event identifier and the ad attribution identifier when available. OpenAI also receives the connection IP address, browser information and website origin. Your name, contact details, message and health information are not included. We use an image tag, so OpenAI does not read the form or set its JavaScript Pixel’s first-party cookies.

Changing your choice

Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept or decline at any time. Declining stops future optional measurement and clears the first-party advertising identifiers managed by this site. A page reload may be needed to stop tools already loaded. Your enquiry and use of the website do not depend on accepting. When we add a measurement provider, we ask for a fresh choice before activating it.
