About us · Gżira, Malta

Two coaches who've done the hard part themselves

Miriam and Marvic both rebuilt their own health from over 100 kg. They know what the first day in the gym feels like — and exactly how to get you past it. One team, two specialisms: a state-registered dietitian and a certified personal trainer.

Coached in English & Maltese — both founders are Maltese and speak both fluently.

Our story

It started where a lot of our clients start

My Personal Trainer Malta exists because both of us have been the person who feels lost in a gym. Miriam reached 100 kg. Marvic reached almost 145 kg. Everyday movement was a struggle, and the usual advice — eat less, move more — never told us how.

So we learned it properly. Miriam studied dietetics at the University of Malta and qualified as a state-registered dietitian, then trained as a personal trainer on top. Marvic earned his personal training certification after his own transformation, and went on to specialise in adaptive coaching. We rebuilt our own health first — then built a way to pass it on.

Today we coach from the Tal-Qroqq Sports Complex in Il-Gżira, and online across Malta and beyond. Two specialisms under one roof means your training and your nutrition finally pull in the same direction: evidence-based programming from a certified trainer, and genuine, regulated nutrition advice from a state-registered dietitian. No fad diets, no random workouts, no judgement — just a plan that fits your life, in English or Maltese.
