Personal Trainer in Msida & Ta’ Xbiex

Live or study in L-Imsida or Ta’ Xbiex? You’re about as close to us as it gets — we coach out of the Tal-Qroqq Fitness Centre on Triq Maria Teresa Spinelli, right next to the University of Malta and a few minutes from Mater Dei, pairing a certified personal trainer with a state-registered dietitian so your training and your food finally pull in the same direction.

Personal training near Msida & Ta’ Xbiex

For most people around Msida, the problem isn’t motivation — it’s a schedule packed with lectures, hospital shifts or a commute that eats the day. The gym ends up being one more thing to skip. Being honest: our gym is at Tal-Qroqq, not on the Msida marina itself, but it’s genuinely the closest serious coaching you’ll find — a short walk or a couple of minutes’ drive from the University, Mater Dei and the Ta’ Xbiex waterfront. And when a week goes sideways, we coach you fully online instead.

Three ways to train with us

Semi-private personal training — €20 a session

Our main offer, and the one that fits a student or staff budget. You follow your own programme — written for your body and your goal — while training in a small, focused group, so you still get real coaching attention every session. At €20, training consistently actually becomes realistic. See how semi-private training works.

One-to-one personal training

Want the room and the coach to yourself? Fully private one-to-one training is available by enquiry — tell us your goal on a free intro call and we’ll build the whole thing around you.

Online coaching

Rotating shifts at Mater Dei, exam season, or a placement off the island? We coach remotely too, with your programme, check-ins and form reviews delivered through our app — so progress doesn’t stall when life gets busy.

A trainer and a registered dietitian — under one roof

This is the part most Malta trainers can’t offer. Your sessions are run by a certified personal trainer, and your nutrition is guided by a state-registered dietitian — the right professional for each side, not guesswork off the internet. For students and healthcare staff who’d rather follow evidence than the latest fad, that combination matters. Meet the team.
