Personal training with us comes in a few shapes. Our most popular is semi-private personal training — your own programme in a small, focused group for €20 a session — while fully private one-to-one is available by enquiry. Most clients train in person at the Tal-Qroqq Fitness Centre; if you are nearby, here is more on personal training in Gżira. Prefer to train from anywhere? We coach online too.

Who it's for

Built for where you actually start

Personal training suits complete beginners, anyone coming back after a long break, and people who are tired of guessing in the gym and want a programme that fits their life.

Beginners

If a gym feels overwhelming, we show you exactly what to do, safely, so you stop second-guessing every machine.

Busy people

From Il-Gżira, Tas-Sliema, San Ġiljan, L-Imsida and Valletta — focused sessions that respect your time, not wasted hours.

Restarting after a break

Back from injury, pregnancy, illness or years away from training? We rebuild your base sensibly, at your pace.

Plateaued on your own

You've tried solo and stalled. We give you progress you can measure and a reason for every session.

Teens & over-50s

Training shaped around your stage of life — building confidence and technique for teens, strength and mobility past 50.

Adaptive coaching

Marvic specialises in adaptive training, including for people with intellectual disabilities — every plan starts from your needs.

What you get

Coaching that adds up to real change

Every session is led by a certified personal trainer and built on real coaching. Here's what that looks like in practice.

  • A programme built on progressive overload

So you keep getting stronger week to week — not just sweaty. Every session has a point.

  • A programme that adapts every 4 weeks

As you improve, your programme moves with you — so you never plateau or get bored.

  • Monthly body-composition tracking

Progress is measured, not guessed. You'll see what's working and where to push.

  • Technique coaching on every lift

So you train safely and build genuine confidence under the bar.

  • Behaviour-change support

For the habits that decide whether results last — built around the Maltese summer heat and a full social calendar.

  • Two specialisms under one roof

A certified personal trainer and a state-registered dietitian — so your training and your food finally work together.

Both founders rebuilt their own health before they coached anyone else. Marvic trained off 145kg himself — we've stood where a lot of our clients start.
