Clear and honest: we take a small number of new starters each month, so everyone gets proper coaching. Your week-one training is on us when you start a plan — gym entry at Tal-Qroqq is separate, as always, and we'll walk you through everything on your free intro call.

Who is this for?

Anyone starting — or starting again — in Malta. Beginners welcome. You don't need to be fit, lean or experienced.

What about gym entry?

Your week-one coaching is on us. Gym entry at the Tal-Qroqq Fitness Centre is separate and paid directly to the complex — we'll explain exactly how on your free call.

Can I train online?

Yes. We coach fully online too, with the same plan and support, wherever you are.
